Soon after setting up the distillery in 2017, we began developing spirits inspired by the history of our local area.
With its vast, level farmlands, Lincolnshire is ideal for airfields and was home to some 27 airfields, of which seven were crucial to the Royal Air Force during World War II.
We made Dam Raider Gin and Mosquito Vodka to honour the personnel who served and the planes they flew. Today, they’re among our best-selling products.

Dam Raider Gin
A zesty, spicy gin to commemorate the “Dam Busters”.
RAF Scampton was home to 617 Squadron during World War II, famous for Operation Chastise, utilising the Barnes Wallis bouncing bombs to target three dams that were key to the German War effort.
Dam Raider Gin commemorates their heroics with a 3D effect bottle featuring a Avro Lancaster bomber flying over wartime Scampton. The rear label features authentic extracts from the log book of a Dambusters crew member.
Each bottle is hand numbered, and the multi-award-winning London Dry Gin inside is infused with scintillating botanicals including juniper, plenty of lemon and orange peel, angelica root, coriander, liquorice root, orange peel and orris root.

Embarking on sorties from the airfields of Lincolnshire, the de Havilland DH-98 Mosquito was one of the fastest planes and most versatile aircraft flown in World War II. Our Mosquito Vodka commemorates both the plane and its crews.
The 3D effect bottle artwork features a Mosquito flying above a cloud canopy, with extracts from a 627 Squadron member’s log book on the back, and a neck tag with an airman’s log book poem tied with original WWII parachute silk cord.
